Right relationships are the answer to Search

At Redmond, we believe that the chief challenge of the recruitment business—wherein we are daily charged with helping organizations find “human resources” and maximize “human capital”—boils down to preserving humanity at work.

Over the years, we’ve discovered that both our mission and our values can be summed up in two words: Right Relationships. In right relationships, there’s no BS. People treat each other right. We all know what that means, we’ve all experienced what it is and is not. And at Redmond, we know that is the answer to Search.

At all times, Redmond seeks to be in a right relationship with both Employer and Candidate. We bring our absolute “best selves” to every relationship, respecting the relationship between our work and the lives of others.

On the rare occasion when we encounter an Employer or a Candidate that is not in a right relationship to Redmond or each other, we do the right thing: consider our role in the matter, bring it to the table for discussion, respect our mutual humanity, and give all parties a chance to establish the right relationship. If we cannot achieve a right relationship, we’ll shake hands, part ways, and continue the Search. That’s life, right?
